The nearest clinic to Westbourne. A five minute drive or a downhill walk through the Dingle and across the top of the Gardens. Buses 36, 450 and 736 stop at Glenferness Avenue Bottom, one road away.
The clinic sits on the Talbot Woods boundary, just off Glenferness Avenue and Branksome Wood Road. Convenient for Meyrick Park and Talbot Heath.
The clinic is close to Bournemouth town centre but we are away from the traffic. We offer plenty of free off-road parking.
The clinic sits on Branksome Hill Road itself, on the boundary with Talbot Woods and Westbourne, a road or two away from Branksome itself. We are a very short walk from Branksome Chine and the Zig-Zag Path down to the seafront and under 10 minutes on foot from Branksome station. The complaints I see most often from Branksome are desk-based lower back pain, cycling injuries picked up on the coast road and shoulder pain from swimming and paddle boarding at the beaches near the Chine.
Two minutes down through the wooded roads from the clinic towards the coast or a short walk across Poole Road from the top end of Branksome Park. Well placed for Branksome Dene Chine, the pinewoods and the coastal path down to Sandbanks. Gardening-related lower back pain, tennis and golf elbow and the maintenance care that keeps active retirement moving are what I see most often from patients here.
Around ten minutes up the Poole Road or one stop from Branksome on the train to Parkstone station. The 36 bus runs from Ashley Road and Penn Hill straight past the end of our road. Lower back pain from long hours at the desk and the school run and hip pain in the more active older residents around Penn Hill, are the two presentations I see most often from patients here.
Ten minutes down the Poole Road or a walk along the coastal path from Branksome Chine. Parkstone station is our next stop after Branksome on the Weymouth Line. Runners heading down to Poole Park, cyclists on the harbour road and the sitting-related back pain that follows a long day at a desk in the Ashley Cross cafés are what I see most from this patient group.
Around three miles, a fifteen minute drive via Ashley Cross and Branksome. By train, alight at Branksome for a 10 minute walk or take the 36 bus from Poole Bus Station.
On the harbour side of Poole, a fifteen minute drive via Ashley Cross and popular with the dog walkers and sailors around the Whitecliff and Baiter waterfronts. Rib and shoulder complaints from sailing and dinghy racing and the lower back pain that comes with a lot of paddle boarding, are what I most often see from patients in Whitecliff.
Water sports injuries are the most common reason patients travel in to see me from the harbour, along with the shoulder and rib complaints that come with sailing and paddle boarding.
Hip and lower back complaints related to sailing, cycling and an active outdoor life are what I see most often from Lilliput Village and the harbour side.
