I am, without a doubt, your nearest chiropractor in Branksome. Bournemouth Chiropractic sits right on the border of Branksome, a tiny, tucked-away neighbourhood nestled between the surrounding areas of Parkstone, Alder Hills Branksome Park and Westbourne. It is so close to me, close enough, to that a fair number of my patients simply walk to the clinic from Branksome Rec and the train station. Take the route under the viaduct on Surrey Road and across the top of Bournemouth Gardens and over Coy Pond. The wider Parkstone area is close by too, just a few minutes further on and our Ashley Cross and Parkstone pages have fuller directions to get here from there. There’s free parking directly outside the clinic to make things easy if you do bring the car.

As a chiropractor in Branksome I see a straightforward mix of patients such as families and professionals living close enough to walk to me. That includes regular users of Branksome Rec, so I deal with the usual mix of runner’s and dog walkers complaints and commuters familiar with the mainline train station at Branksome who present low back pain from prolonged sitting and with the usual neck and shoulder tension of a desk-bound day. The biggest pattern I see most often here is a simple one: pain that’s been put up with and normally left too long before anyone does anything about it. That tells me that people who live in Branksome are busy.
I’m Leslie Budzynski, a GCC-registered chiropractor (No. 00043) and BCA member (No. 0072) with 39 years of clinical experience. I qualified from what’s now Health Sciences University (then AECC) in 1987 and ran my own practice and satellite clinics in London for over a decade before moving to Bournemouth. Bournemouth Chiropractic is a single-practitioner clinic so that means that I see and treat every patient myself, at every appointment.
About as close as it gets, about 0.8 of a mile, many patients simply walk to us, it’s probably quickest. You cut through the top of Bournemouth Gardens and some take the scenic route through Coy Pond, especially those coming from the direction of Branksome Rec or the train station. If you’re a regular commuter on the London to Weymouth line then Branksome is where you would get off and you can then stretch your legs on the short walk.
Take a taxi if it’s quicker or easier or you are in discomfort.
Yes, we knew our patients needed generous and easily accessible, free parking directly outside, so we built it that way. Park on the driveway and on the road, there are no time restrictions and it is never difficult to get a space either.
Just we are jus a few minutes away, the M&S that opened at Poole Retail Park, Redlands, in August 2026 is close enough to pop into before or after your appointment (if you can even get in here as i’s so busy!). It’s been extremely popular since opening, so allow a little extra time if you’re planning to combine a treatment visit with a shop.
I have an extensively detailed page explaining my costs and fees on my rates page. It lists what I charge and why. I have no hidden charges, I keep my prices are clear and straightforward: £75 for the first consultation, examination and treatment and then each subsequent visit is £65. I do offer a free 15 minute initial chat so you can decide if chiropractic is the best option for your particular complaint, i tgives you a chance to meet me and see the clinic before you decide, or simply phone me and we can go from there.
